We absolutely love Eddie's Diner! It's a rare week and which we don't head over there for a great breakfast or lunch. Just now at noon it's gonna be crowded and that's because it's a wonderful local restaurant. we usually work around that by either going before noon or at 1 o'clock, but no matter what it will be a good experience. The service is great and so is the food. Nothing fancy, but that's exactly what we are looking for. My favorite is the club sandwich which I have on white toast with french fries. My husband loves the egg breakfast. The services always great and we always leave feeling happy and knowing that we will be back!

Eddie's Diner is the perfect example of a charming, small-town restaurant. It has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff are some of the friendliest faces you'll ever meet, always greeting you with a smile. The diner is spotlessly clean, adding to its cozy appeal. As for the food, it's fantastic--there isn't a single bad thing on the menu! Every dish is made with care and tastes amazing. If you're looking for a delightful dining experience, Eddie's Diner is the place to be!

Got to check out Eddie's Diner for breakfast the other day. It was busy but amazingly, we were seated right away. Seems a lot of the customers are regulars. There's a lot of choices on the menu, truly something for everyone. It's a slightly upscale version of iHop with a true restaurant for the neighborhood feel. Our server was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the cold brew and asked if it had vanilla in it. He said it didn't but he can add vanilla syrup in it! That was awesome! I normally don't finish my breakfast but my Swedish pancake combo was so good, my plate was cleaned up I highly recommend Eddie's Diner!

I love coming to this place! The food is always a hit and I'm a sucker for the blueberry pancakes. This time around though, I talked myself into trying a waffle with strawberries. Did not disappoint. This is a great place to dine solo, with family, or a friend l. Everyone is so friendly and the food comes out quick.

Another great breakfast at Eddies. I went with the Haystack Skillet this time and it was delicious and filling. The service is always great. It was crowded as usual but we were seated within minutes.

I was in the area today and decided I wanted breakfast at a diner. Eddie's was the closest and I had never been there. They have a nice menu of breakfast and lunch items. They are open until 2:30 p.m. weekdays. I ordered the "Little Bit ($9.25)." Love the name. It was one egg, bacon or sausage, hash browns (I substituted for grits), and a choice of bread. My server, Tom said I made a good selection with the biscuit. He was right. It took about 10 minutes for my food to come out and it was hot. The bacon was perfectly cooked (I hate soggy or crispy hard bacon), the biscuit was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, and the grits were the perfect consistency (no lumps). I normally have leftover food when I eat, but this amount of food was just what my stomach wanted. The hostess greeted me with a smile and seated me quickly. Tom was a great server and was helpful and friendly. Definitely, a great place for breakfast and I plan to return.

We have been in Plano for a long time and somehow we overlooked this neighborhood favorite. One day we noticed a line in front of Eddie's, then every time we passed we noticed the line again, over and over. So, one recent Saturday morning we decided to brave the crowds and go see what Eddie's is all about. The lines are so long that one brilliant young entrepreneur was selling lemonade to the waiting patrons. Two of us had the salmon benny, and it was exceptional. If you're saucy and like benedict sauce on every bite like me, be sure to ask for extra. Plus, the hash browns are perfectly made. Shredded potatoes brown and crispy on the outside yet still tender on the inside. Coffee was thick, smooth and delicious! The avocado toast was plentiful. Sorry it took us so long to find you, but we'll be regulars now that we know.
